When we have an out of office email sent, it should only send the message in HD once and the notification email once per 24 hours.
Currently it is sending after every response. In some cases the customer might get it multiple times if the call isnt pulled quickly to someone elses queue then the customer will get many notifications.
This would be better than once per ticket because if you are out for a week the customer might forget.
