ISSUE
In some occasions, customer might require specific fixes included in a build. Currently, we display everything.
We need a way to filter that from Release Notes and be able to generate a report.
Acceptance:
-Add Customer Field in the Release Notes Filter that will filter *Customer* field data from JIRA
