Responses in Helpdesk Tickets are Saved As Garbage Text

Description *Steps:*   1. Go to Help Desk -> Tickets   2. Create new ticket or open an existing ticket   3. Under Details tab, provide description in the editor   4. Save as draft(for Agent) or wait for the system to have session timeout (for Customer)   5. Once the description is saved as draft, edit and send it   6. Check the message sent   *Issue:*   Message under details tab is sent as an encrypted message(See reported issue below)   *Accepted:*   Message should be sent without any error or unnecessary changes (encrypted text)       ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------     This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-193739 - Testing HD-1925|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-193739]           Upon Sending a Message in Helpdesk, the text is being saved as (what looks like) encrypted text. Also you cannot select the text with your cursor, it is long but does not wrap to the next line.     This is happening when you start typing a response, and then leave it for 15 minutes for it to be saved as a draft. Then if you go back in and edit the draft and then send it, this error will happen.   Here are two examples:   !pastedImage_d70648_0.png!   !pastedImage_d70648_1.png!   This just started happening today with the 16.4.0214.170
