Unable to add/create Jira tickets when using HTTPS protocol

Description When attempting to add an existing Jira Ticket to an existing Helpdesk ticket, the "checking JIRA issue" window pops up and spins and does not return.   Steps followed that caused the issue   1. Open an existing Helpdesk Ticket   2. Clicked on "Jira Issues" Tab   3. Clicked "+ Add" button   4. Entered existing JIRA ticket "IN-23"   5. Clicked "Ok" button   Also attempted to enter the entire address of the JIRA ticket "http://jira.irelyserver.com/browse/IN-23"   Same results     !pastedImage_d69741_0.png!
