Issue: Current implementation in Help Desk does not include notifying the following users when a modification (within set parameters) is done on a ticket:
- Creator who is not the current Assigned To and/or watcher
- Former Assigned To person who is not a watcher
- Former Contact person who is not a watcher
Solution: Automatically add Creator, Assigned To and Contact to the watchers list. These users will receive email notification even if they are not anymore the Assigned To or the Contact person.
