*there should be a button on the top of the screen to add the item to participants calandar and the ones that are checked would get the calandar event.*
To allow for project standard projects you will need to be able to add multiple users to an activity.
This should show up in multiple peoples activites list.
This could be accomplished with A resources tab or something similar.
The Attendees tab should cover this requirement -
