Helpdesk Users Have My Tickets Showing by Default, Should be Open Tickets

Description !pastedImage_d51719_0.png! It is defaulting to this tab when opening the Tickets option as a user. I also think we should remove the My Tickets Tab from users accounts as they shouldn't ever have tickets assigned to them.
