Should be able to highlight and copy ticket responses

Description We implemented FCOM-922 for good reasons. And even with that, there is no problem highliting textbox contents even if the textbox is readonly.   !pastedImage_d51134_0.png! However, we cannot do that on ticket comments. We should be able to highlight comments so we can copy it. If a customer talks about a particular invoice number or entity number or amount that they are looking for, it is a great benefit to be able to highlight and copy the text.
