Ticket: Put the subject of the ticket on the screen header

Description !pastedImage_d49922_0.png!   Why:   when switching between tickets and the screens are minimized, it is hard to identify it by the number - specially if difference on the ticker numbe is really small. However, putting the title, makes it more easier to identify.   Some suggested rules:   if the subject is more that 150 characters, trim the subject down and put 5 dots. For example: 'This is a sample subject or title and assume that this is so long that we have to ...."   the 150 charactres is just an estimated number. the idea is we don't just cut the subject without putting an indicator (i.e. 5 dots) that we have trimmed it down - just for aesthetics purposes.
