Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Go to Ticket Management -> Tickets and Create a Scale Ticket with Storage Schedule
2. Distribute to Open Storage
3. Go to Storage -> Settle
4. Enter Entity and Item
5. Change the Storage adjustment from Calculate to Adjust Date. Then change the date
6. Make sure this changes the Storage Charge Value
7. Now change the Storage Adjustment type to Calculate again
Issue: Application is Adding newly calculated value to the first available value on screen
Acceptance: Application should Calculate the Storage charges based on current selection
