When settling storage and freight is on the ticket, the freight calculation is using the net weight instead of gross weight. The inventory receipt is using the gross weight.

Steps to Replicate the issue:
1. Create a scale ticket with some shrink and Freight Charges
2. Distribute it against Storage
3. Check in Inventory Receipt, whether application calculated Freight total on Gross or Net Weight(SHould be on Gross)
4. Go to Storarge and settle the storage
5. Go to AP menu and open newly created vouchers
6. Check whether Application have calculate Freight total on Gross or Net(Should be on Net)
Issue: Application is calculating the Freight total in Voucher on Net weight
Accpetance: Freight total in Inventory receipt and Voucher should be calculated on Gross weight
