Add the function to create a Sale DP Storage ticket from a Load Out ticket type from ticket management.
Once the storage ticket is created, since it was created from a Load Out ticket, the ticket can only be applied to Sales contracts or sale spot. Purchase contracts will not be allowed.
To be eligable for Sale DP a storage type must be created the is configured to be Customer Owned, DP Owned Unpaid Unpaid Storage and Offsite.
