In the Discount Code screen, the Discount Code hyperlink does not do anything whether the code is blank or has a discount code selected, the hyperlink does not work.
Requirement:
1. If the Discount Code is blank and the hyperlink is clicked, open the Item search screen.
2. If the Discount Code is not blank the hyperlink should open the item setup screen.
