Add Start and End Date to discount code validation.
+ *Purpose:* + Based on the Start and End date be able to use the same discount code, distribution, location.
+ *Example:* + For the first two weeks of wheat harvest, the Test Weight Unit Discount Amount is reduced to encourage more wheat to be delivered. After the first two weeks the Unit Discount Amount for Test Weight is increased.
Need to be able to use the following on the Discount Code:
+First Test Weight code+
Discount Code = Test Weight
Distribution = Default
Location = (blank)
Unit Measure = Bushels
Set Start Date = 6/20/2017
Set End Date = 7/4/2017
+Second Test Weight code+
Discount Code = Test Weight
Distribution = Default
Location = (blank)
Unit Measure = Bushels
Set Start Date = 7/05/2017
Set End Date = 12/31//2017
