Create ticket with split with three entities, with all distributions to Open Storage.
Settle all three storage tickets with a spot price and select the entire amount to settle
Review storage ticket balance. There is a small balance of .0001 left on each ticket.
Review Vouchers created by each storage ticket. Voucher entity does not match storage ticket entity.
