Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-193734 - Slow Server response |http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-193734] Version: 17.1.0411.35   Database: 01, 99   Steps to recreate:   1. Click ticket Management   2. Click Tickets   It will show error "Failed to Load Resources". Tried recycling Grain app pool and it did not help.   Unable to create tickets until this is complete.
