First, when item selected (or from contract/load which fills item) then we should be filling the default in the scale station field for storage schedule after we select a distribution type. Once distribution type is selected, if the commodity default storage schedule is vaild, then put that in the drop list for storage schedule as a default.
IF it is not valid, do not set it with commodity, but...
Even if vaild, check ticket pool override default discount schedule. If valid then we will use teh override in the ticket pool. If not, leave commodity default. If neither valid, do not default it.
If the override defautl discount schedule below is set and valid for that location and stoarge type selected, then we put that in place of the commodity default storage schedule.
