Rule if auto assign or auto distribution:
1) priced contracts first
2) basis contracts
3) use default from scale station set up "defautl storage type" but only if that commodity for that location has a valid storage schedule.
4) if commodity has default distribution with a valid storage schedule for that location, commodity and storage
5) last if units left then put in spot.
Contracts cannot add more units to the contract than are open and available. If contract is used up then you go back throught eh list starting with 1 again.
NOTE: outbound load or direct out does not use option 3 or 4 for auto distribution.
