Add All Locations on Discount Table is not working

Description Steps:   1. Go to Ticket Management > Discounts > Discount Table   2. Click New button   3. Add the following details:   * ID: Corn 0416 * Description: Corn D0416 * Currency: USD * Active: True   4. On Discounts tab, add schedule   5. Go to Locations tab   6. Click Add All Locations grid button   Issue:   No locations added with console error   !pastedImage_d214520_0.png|height=603,width=1095!     Acceptance:   All locations should be added without console error
