2. Click New
3. Enter the following details
* Adjustment Type: Adjustment
4. Click Split dropdown field

1. Go to Ticket Management > Activities > Delivery Sheets
2. Click New
3. Select any entity with split
4. Click Split dropdown field
*Issue*
Split dropdown field does not show item and has console errors when clicked on Adjust Settlement screen and Delivery Sheets screen
