Need the fields to be changed in the following way...
driver - free form no longer from the entity.
driver, truck and reference need to work easier and differently...
1) we cannot have the double drop list...
2) if new it should add to the background file and let it be selected.
3) since there is a file behind that I'd like to have it be a drop list and it is by "entity" id normally for selecting past ones.
