3 new fields added to storage...
1) when offsite in storage type is "checked" and used on a scale ticket, we must update flag yes/no when createing record.
2) pass sub-location for all storage records from tickets.
3) pass bin for all tickets.
For sub-location drop list, add 3rd column to headers for "External" with Yes/No value.
In scale remember that only storage types allowed that have a "valid" storage schedule for that location, commodity and storage type are allowed in the drop list. eg: if we have Ft Wayne location, storage schedule 01 for corn only, open storage, then in scale no other storage types would show for location ft wayne but corn and only open storage will be a valid type. No other commodity or location would have any storage types in the drop list is this example was true. This is same for offsite and non-offsite storage types.
