Add an option to allow the calculation of Freight in Gross Units
Add "Calculate Rate On" field when *Fixed Rate* or *Rate x Contract's Charge* is selected as Calculation Type
Options: Gross Units, Net Units
*Acceptance:*
* Calculate on Field with Fixed rate and Rate Contracts charge option should be displayed on charges and premiums detail
* Gross weight and net weight should reflect on Voucher
