Need new database fields to save sub-location and bin in storage records.
Need to confirm uses.
Scale will have to track loc+sub-loc+bin
Scale will create inventory udpates (receipt or shipment) against the on store.
Scale will have user select ticket to relieve if scaled from either customer storage or offsite storage records.
Storage for customer does not impact inventory when transfered so it will have no impact.
settle storage will have an impact and should pass the loc+sub-loc+bin so the proper physical location is updated for on stor to on hand move.
sell offsite also needs to do the same as settle storage.
offsite does not allow "obligation transfer" and cany only be physically changed.
NOTE: scale will have its own jira.
