Trying to do two settlements and I get errors on both of them.
Steps:
Create Delivery Sheet.
Create scale tickets and attach it to delivery sheet created
Enter grades and post DS.
Transfer storage from DS to another entity. Transfer 75% of total storage.
Settle TRA against priced contract
Issue:

Acceptance:
Should be able to settle storage
