updates for getting real ticket number still has issues...

Description A) When working in qc, we had issue with hitting save   1) changed SCT-46 to 18 when save hit (good)   2) hit distribute, changed 18 to 19.... bad, created lost ticket   3) when finishing distribute it distributed to 19, but it had many messages on "SAVE" because 18 number must still have been somewhere.   Ticket process should have used 18... It should not advance ticekt number when it is a real number already.   B) Also button BAR is not formatting rigth on manual distribute screen see screen shot:   !pastedImage_d48842_0.png! C) change label above "Save" to "Process"   D) Remove "New" it is not possible   E) what does search do, if nothing remove...   F) If Auto Assign is hit and any units are "Assigned" ask "Any units assigned will be removed and all units will be auto assigned. Continue?" Yes/No   G) Auto Assign only assigns units, (SAVE) - Process still need to be hit to finish it should not close. Auto assign just updates quanitites and then stops. See Settle Stroage.
