Issue:
e.g. The NPE Storage for McKoon Farms is showing a total of 15,936.7301 bushels, but the open DP contract total for McKoon Farms is showing 9,213.5867 bushels. It appears the tickets may be doubling up on the NPE Storage report due to the splits, but not sure why there is this discrepancy. They should be equal. See attached screen shots on JIRA
