storage types, add back in storage type flag of offsite.
Need to replicate customer storage tables for offsite storage tables
new menu option offsite (like storage)
will work like customer storage for offsite, except you do not have teh ability to transfer.
Settle storage option will be needed in offsite screen to as "Sell Storage"

unlike customer storage, direct inventroy receipts and shipments and transfers will be able to create or relieve offsite storage. Scale will also be able to do this. The catch to this is if the sub-location is external then storage types available are only offsite types.
For all edits, we should be messaging for all validations to be under the save button, not a line changing.
UPDATE: need to update ticket formats to have a new ticket number type, like Storage uses but it shoudl be offsite ticket number for use in sell offsite process. Prefix like STO- or OFF- with number so it works like storage but is unique from storage.
