Issue:
Setting to force user to apply some quantity to a contract if selected

The issue here is that the user can select a contract to settle storage too, but then accidentally spot all of the bushels and not have any bushels apply to the contract. The user wants a warning prompt that states, "you do not have an units allocated to a contract on this settlement" do you want to proceed? Yes or Cancel.
Steps:
1. Create Contract
2. Create Delivery Sheet
3. Create Tickets for Delivery Sheet
4. Enter Grades and Post DS
5. Settle DS > select contract but settle all to Spot
Acceptance:
Should display confirmation message
If yes, delete contract record then post
If cancel, do not proceed settlement - for editing of user
