It looks like there is a change on how Storage Settlement is creating its GL entries. If the there is an other charge involved, it is creating a separate entry for the other charge and another one for the item.

Inventory Receipt has a separate GL entry for the other charge and another for the item. During the stock rebuild, it will call uspICCreateReceiptGLEntries.

In the case of Storage Settlement, stock rebuild is calling uspGRCreateItemGLEntries. However, it generates the following entries:

It should generate entries from the original cost ($4,278.92) and not the valuation cost where the other charge was already deducted.
