User was pricing a Price Later Storage ticket but while it was posting he exited the screen. When he went back in to price the tickets they were there so he priced them again. It actually priced the tickets twice. User tried to fix this by unposting the settled storage but it just ended up doubling all the tickets. We should have 6 tickets but the ticket amounts are double.
