*Steps:*
1. Create Contract
2. Create Load in ticket (Open storage/DP)
3. Settle storage using scenarios below.
4. Set contract sequence staus to short closed
5. Unpost Storage
*Issue:*
We need to display an error to the user that states the following:
"Contract XXXX-sequence yyyyy has been short-closed. Please reopen contract sequence in order to un-post settle storage."
Scenarios: (Storage settlement)
1) Settle Open storage using Priced contract
2) Settle Price Later using Priced contract
3) Settle Multiple contracts. I.E. the first contract was short closed, but the 2nd was not short closed
*Acceptance:*
"Contract XXXX-sequence yyyyy has been short-closed. Please reopen contract sequence in order to un-post settle storage." should be displayed when contract sequence staus is set to short closed.
