Settle storage is coming up with the following error message while Posing:

Reviewing one of the tickets to be settled, ticket 1718 in Storage, the calculated discount does not seem to be correct. The moisture discount is set as a Percent which should take the Percent of the Spot price and then multiply that times the bushels. Instead, it's taking the Percent X Bushels.
