1) When clicking NEW from scale search screen, should you in to NEW function automatically once scale screen opens.
2) You should be able to select a contract or load before selecting a ticket type (EG load in or load out) and selection of those will fill the ticket type (purchase contract = load in, or sales contract = load out as defaults - same for load)
3) manual distribution screen menu options does not follow new screen standards. This may be for Steve, but I do not know this needs reviewed.
