Need to add monthly type storage charges to the storage calculation.
Differences are that it is put in as a rate per month, not rate per day.
So we would charge based on a total months fee not the daily rate.
The options for first month/last month also create situations where we must handle options of full month or divide the month rate by a number of days impacted to calculate.
Accural is always the same as we do in daily though.
If I accrue part of a month, then do the rest of the month later, the total for an entire month is always the entire months fee. The first and last months storage will always be either a full month charge (no matter what) or a divided rate depending on the schedule. Like with daily storage tables, we cannot double bill, so if we have already applied/billed storage charges for any period we must only add additional charges at the next accrual.
