TRA-413 is a DP to DP transfer.

As it a DP to DP transfer between two entities, there are no changes in inventory or APC. So GL entries are not made.

However, the transfer details are included in the vyuGRTransferClearing.
This issue will cause a discrepancy between Clearing report and GL.
Problem #2
Grain discounts from the original IRs are still showing in the report.

GL entries for grain discounts should be reversed for transfers and removed from the report as well.
