Issue: Scale ticket/Storage ticket displays 4 decimal places, contract available/balance shows 6 decimal places. The user is unable to apply the storage ticket to the contract for the exact amount left on the contract in order to complete the contract. Either Storage needs to adjust to allow application up the the 6 decimal places or contracts would need to change to 4 decimal places to match. User is settling storage ticket 27495 to contract 2312
