Transfer from PLA - opened per Leslie's request.
Steps:
Create DP contract.
Create scale ticket where distribution type is Price Later. Associate DP contract created to ticket.
In storage transfer portion of Price Later to Customer Hold. E.g 25 %
Check Maintain Storage of DP storage.
Check Contract History.
*Issue #1: Units deducted in contract history is the total remaining units for DP.*

Process settlement for the remaining DP units.
