Per our meeting last night the IR View will need to exclude transfers from DP to OS
New requirement
# Inventory is received as DP
# IR is listed in APC report as it is company owned
# The DP inventory is transferred to Open storage (customer owned)
# The IR should be removed from the APClearing Inventory view.
