[HDTN-245248 - "Bill Storage" is making storage records disappear from "Bill Storage"|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-245248]
When you attempt to Bill Storage on certain storage records. Once the Post button is clicked the records disappear from the view even if you extend the Storage Accrual date out.
The tickets are related to TRA-789 which was likely added as part of beginning balances.
Example:
In Storage, click the Bill Storage button.
Add filter for the entity "jamie or dave"
You will get the following records.

When you Post the Bill Storage for ticket 117115 with Storage Thru Date of 5/4/20. Then attempt to Bill the same record with a later Calculate Storage Thru Date, the record will not be visible.

The records are updated except it's missing from the view. If you go to TRA-789 and Storage Ticket 117115 for Jamie and Dave King and open it. The history is updated.

Somehow the record is being filtered out.
