Steps:
Create 2 or more scale tickets where distribution type is open storage.
Settle storages against spot (Have 1 ticket with remaining units after settlement; atleast 10% of total units)
Settle the remaining unit against spot sale.
Unpost the 1st settlement (ticket with multiple settlements)

Then try to repost settlement.
Issue:

Acceptance:
Should be able to repost settlement.
