Modify logic to pass DS/STR# to Create the cost adjustment between the DP Price & settlement price
Steps:
Create delivery sheet where distribution type is DP.
Create scale ticket and apply DS.
Enter grades in DS and post it.
In storage, settle DP against spot.
Acceptance:
Should have cost adjustment in GL
