When change the Calculate Storage Thru Date it's inconsistent.
+Steps+:
# Open Bill Storage screen.
# Change thru date to 5/31/20
# Post Type = Bill Storage
# Select storage record to accrue
# Post
# Change thru date to 12/31/20
# Select same storage record and Post the Bill Storage
# Change thru date to 1/12/21
# same storage record may not be visible
# Change thru date to 12/31/22
# same storage record may be visible again.
+Acceptance+:
As long as the thru date is beyond the last accrual date, the record should be visible to bill storage.
