New field in tblGRStorageType
ysnActiveType
when flag is set to unchecked it should not show up in list for new activity.
This means scale cannot select that storage type.
Note store from storage team (Gopi) may need updated to not return that type.
This is tougher at scale since we take tblSCDistributionOption intTicketType{color:#ff6600}ID only where tblGRStorageType ysnActiveType bit = 1 (yes/checked){color}
