Steps:
Create purchase basis contract.
Create a ticker where distribution type is open storage
Settle storage against basis contract.
Price the contract.
Go to Purchasing > Open Clearing Details report.
Issue:
STR still visible in clearing report.
Acceptance:
All str that already had a voucher should not be included in report.
