Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-243227 - Production evidence report not returning any information|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-243227]     Steps:   From Ticket Management > Production Evidence Report   Generate report using different parameters     Issue:     The Production Evidence Report does seem to be generating all records. I check 18.3, 19.1 and 19.2. When selecting the Vendor Field to filter on, the From field does not have all the Vendors even though scale tickets have been entered for those Vendors. Other customer databases, I can not get any Vendors on the list.     In the Source database I can only get one record generated.   Screen shot with report setup:   !pastedImage_d126302_0.png|height=742,width=1423!     Acceptance:   Should be able to generate report using different parameters
