Steps:
Create a purchase DP contract.
Create a load in ticket where distribution type is DP and select the DP contract you created.
Distribute the ticket.
Create another DP contract for the same entity.
In storage transfer DP storage to DP storage (same entity)
Issue:
Unable to transfer storage
Acceptance: should be able to transfer to the same entity and storage type to transfer units from one contract to another
