Create a basis contract.
Create scale ticket where distribution type is open storage.
Settle storage against basis contract.
Price the contract. It will create voucher.
Unpost voucher.
Delete contract's price.
Unpost settlement.

Try to resettle storage.
Issue:
1.Cannot resettle unposted storage. The units from unposted transaction does not return to storage's open balance.
