1. Create a DP contract.
2. Create a scale ticket where distribution type is DP. Select the DP contract you created.
3. Enter discounts. Make sure to have positive and negative (Premium) discounts
4. Distribute ticket.
5. Go to Storage and settle DP against spot sale.
5. Check the voucher.
Issue: Created Vouchers from settle storage has a positive discount.

Acceptance:
Discounts should be deducted to payable.
