Steps:
1. Create new item.
2. Create Basis Contract (Basis = 0.47).
3. Create Basis Entry (Basis = 0.47).
4. Create Settlement Price (8.97).
5. Distribute Load In ticket to Open Storage

6. Transfer customer storage record to DP

7. Refresh Storage tab search and select the newly created DP storage record and click Settle button.
8. Enter Units and Spot's Future and Basis (price higher the transfer storage price (9.44)).

9. Click Post button
